Default Wired CAIPS report

Hi,

I have a question regarding what seems to be a very wired CAIPS.

We applied in Buffalo June 2001.
File was later transferred to Seattle for an interview which was
conducted in January 2003.
Medical conducted in March 2003 ( due to pregnancy )

I just found out that my lawyer has asked for CAIPS on November 2002 .
I never sow the report until yesterday ..

The report is very short and has very little information in it. Some
of it is wrong.
For example, it says , TOTAL PERSONS 1 ( we are 4 )
List of family members includes only me.

STATUS SEC, STATUS CRIM fields are left blank although at this time
all police certificates were in the file for about 6 month.

How should I take it?
Was nothing done with my file, or is it that nobody bothered to fill
it in before I go into interview?

Did you only pay processing fee for one person?

It is really strange. If you included all dependants in the application and
paid processing fee for all then they should be listed in CAIPS file. You
should immediately push your lawyer for some action and/or some serious
explanation. If it is printout of yours CAIPS file and dependants are not
there then they have not been included in the application as accompanying
dependants.

Not only did I pay for everybody, we all got Medical exams forms many
month before the CAIPS was printed.
Also, I already had an interview in Jan 2003 .According to what was
said at that time the are aware of all of us.
What interset me more is the absence of any indication regarding back
ground checks and criminal records. ( We have 5 differnt countries
that have to accssed and I am really afraid it will take a lot of time
)
