Default Wife pregnant, landing interview

Good day to everyone.
Im new here, please maybe you can answer my question.

My wife is sponsoring me for PR from within the country.
We have received letter today saying that processing has been completed
(from Vegreville), and local office will contact me for interview. My
question is if both me and my wife have to go, because she is 8 months
pregnant (we expect a baby girl) and she can not move too much now. If we
both have to go, is there chance to move it for later, and how long until
they call us. In our case later the better, so she can first have a baby.

Thank you very much

Marek

I would attend the interview anyway . It is a formality . Take a letter from
her doctor regarding her pregnancy.

So from my understainding this is landing interview to land me, and not her
(she is a citizen already) so she doesn't have to be there. Am I
understainding right?

Yes, your wife need not attend if you present a letter from her doctor, and
it is the local office after all, so no arduous travel is required in any
case.
