yes, in canada since sept 2012 on a 2 year permit got an application in for ainp certificate, got heavy equipment technician red seal certification, on and off road. went to a compulsary corporate puff ya chest out meeting about how good the company is and employee retention, when all the techs asked if our pay would be brought nearer the rates everybody else in town is paying we were told in no uncertain terms if we didnt like it to eff off somewhere else so just trying to cover my ass in case it escalates it all ended quite heated, i behaved myself but you never know they could fire us all tomorrow for daring to raise the subject!
