Weird change on e-client

My cousin can't check the status of her application on e-client.
Till yesterday she was able to log in and check her status on a regular basis and today she gets the message that they are not able to identify her using the information she provided.
She knows how to log in, has entered her info hundred times by now, and she checked her info a couple of times today, everything is correct.
I know e-client is not up to date, but has this happened to anybody else here?

Has she clicked on to remove her information from e-client status by mistake?

It's just weird...it gives her the same message today.

it happened to me for almost six months. And later, it started working again. Don't pay too much attention to it.
