Hi Mr. Miller and all the other experts,

For cases processed in Singapore, are you required to submit US State
Police Certificates in addition to FBI clearance? It is quite
confusing since Singapore specific information only mentions about FBI
clearance where as the general form says you need to obtain both US
State and FBI certificates. Please clarify.

My sister has been studying in the US for the past 3-4 years.
Singapore specific instruction only indicates the requirement for FBI
clearance where aas general instruction says you need both State and
FBI. Please let me know if we need both.
