update-name change

I haven't applied for PR card yet. Do I need to update CIC once i get
married for citizenship purposes?

you should just be able to use yoru married name and fill in your maiden
name in the space for that if there is one and then possibly include a copy
of yoru marriage certificate as evidence for the name change.
