Default Trying to get PR

Hi, looking for some help/advice. My wife and I are currently on a IEC work permit for 2 years, started on March 2019. we have both been working in NOC code B jobs for a year now (wife May 2019 & myself June 2019). we are trying to work out the best way to get PR we are currently living in Ontario. We were looking to go through the CEC when we set up an Express Entry profile my wife only had about 370-380 CRS points with myself as the spouse. we both only have a secondary school education. is anyone able to offer any options or solutions?

Many Thanks

Hi, welcome to BE.

What did you score on the CRS, any higher? I assume it still wouldn't be high enough with no post-secondary education, but just thought I'd check.

Would either of your employers be prepared to help with a PNP application to keep you maybe? What exactly are your jobs, which NOC codes?

No my CRS score is about the same. My wife's code is 6221 and mine is 1215. i think our employers would possibly help us out, is that an easy way to get in?

OK, I just wondered if your jobs may come under the FST program (lower points requirement) but sadly not.

Looks like Ontario PNP it is then. It's not an 'easy way' (EE would be easier), but I think it's your only option. Have a look at all of the various streams, and see if you think you might be eligible for them - https://www.ontario.ca/page/ontario-...e-program-oinp

You'll need to get a wiggle on if your IEC's expire next March, so don't delay!

HTH.
