I got my US PR stamped on my passport but have not received the real card. If I would
like to visit Canada, do I need to apply Canadian visa?

Thanks.

If the stamp on your passport is sufficient to signify your status in the USA, that
would allow you to appear at a Canadian port of entry without a passport visa.
