Hi, I am hoping to get a PR visa under the family class as my "common law" partner is canadian. Does anyone have any idea how long i can expect the application to take, we would ideally like to be in BC by dec 2009, what does anyone think the ideal time to apply would be??
My main concern is that i will either apply to late and miss our dec '09 goal, or too early and my visa offer will expire before our dec '09 goal.
Any suggestion gratefully received!!!
