I just received something from Buffalo giving me a file#
what's the difference between file and client # ?

Along with that they asked for proof of my spouses
Canadian citizenship and Instructions for the medical.

I am a US citizen living in New York and my spouse lives in Toronto.

1. How long after the doctor submits the medical (and assuming
the medical goes well) should I expect further correspondence
or approval?

2. Does the new Feb 17th date effect my application because
my medical will be submitted later than that date?



And 1 other unrelated question. I am planning on going to see my wife in
Canada next week for 3-4 days. Since I have an application in
process, will I have any complications either entering or exiting Canada?
And are there steps that I can take to prevent any problems?
