re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland
If sometimes I appear to be a little less sympathetic to people than they think is appropriate when they berate CIC for taking 4-5 months to process their application, this is why.
I apologise to anyone that I may have offended.. I truly do understand the frustration - my son was stuck in England for over 5 years before he could move here as a PR, due to London CIC. His whole life was put on hold.

Nothing new here, as mentioned previously I did what you did and after receiving the CSQ I sent it in a case enquiry, but they still ended up requesting it and that was about 3 weeks ago. Just curious as they were getting through yours rather quickly.

re: Timeline For Spousal Sponsorship via London & Inland
Yesterday we received an email from CIC 'CPCO Final Request' with instructions to submit my husband's passport/copy of for the final step in for PR. I am slightly confused as I was only approved to sponsor on the 15th of April. Is this really a final step?!?
I am sure this have been covered but I can't seem to find where I read it, as a UK citizen do we submit the passport or photocopy for this step?

Found the answer, it was the OR I wasn't sure about and didn't find the link they provide in the letter all that illuminating.

Question about landing if anyone can help.
I'm planning on doing my landing trip in June, applying for my SIN whilst in Canada, and returning to the UK after day or two and then we are going to move properly at the end of the year.
My question is, if I get a flight with a connection (I'm looking at London - Ottawa via St.Johns), will I activate my PR at St.Johns? I'm asking to know whether I should look for a flight with a longer connecting time to allow everything to get processed.
