I did, in business class . Application is in since october and still waiting for AOR.
Like you said, information about the Paris office and their timeline is very hard to find. Looks like 99% of all applications are done through London, Buffalo and New Dehli
The anticipated time, as stated on the Paris site, is 24 to 36 months :scared:
On the other hand, if you look at the CIC site you'll see that 80% of past applications were done between 5 and 11 months for skilled workers and between 8 and 29 months for business class
Well....we'll see, have one on me
cheers

Applications with a CSQ are not only simpler for CIC to process, but CIC likely have a commitment to the Quebec government to deliver a certain number of visas each year (to meet Quebec's immigration guidelines) and hence will probably give priority to these over non-CSQ applicants a lot of the time.

They probably do, like they do with all PNP applications. But, like Quebec is having their own program, I would like to think they'll have seperate personel for that.

CIC do the medical and security checking - there is no difference here between a Quebec applicant and any other, and CIC wouldn't have specific staff for this. The point I'm making is that firstly CIC do not generally need to assess Quebec applications against skill requirement (SIQ has done this) and they need to give these applications sufficient processing priority to ensure they meet the visa numbers CIC has committed to Quebec.
Virtually all CIC offices will receive Quebec-selected applications, although some like Paris get a lot more than others.
