Time for Visa

I took the interview last october, and I did the medical before one week. How long should I have to wait till the issue of the visa.
I have lived in Germany for ten years and now I am in Abu Dhabi, so how long it will take the Secuirty background?
Please I need your advice!

The typical delay at that stage of the process is approximately 5-7
months following the conclusion of the medical examinations. If your
background clearances take longer than usual, however, the process can
take longer. It is not possible to predict the duration of the
background clearance.
