Certified True Copy - Mr. Miller/Mr. Humphries please help
Hello:
If the CIC Buffalo asks for a "Certified True Copy" of documents (e.g., experience letters), it means a notarized copy, right?
Thanks for your help.

It may be certified as a "true copy" by a notary, lawyer or any other person
authorized to do it in particular jurisdiction.
