Time Required to Process In Buffalo After Medical

I am a indian software professionals currently residing in Arizona,USA
. I have applied for the Canadian Permanent Residency in the end of March and I
already got the letter for No Interview at the end of August. I am done with my
medicals on 4th Sept and results should be mailed to Ottawa in 1-2 weeks. Also
Canadian Consulate doesn;t need any more documents from me and I have already
send my ROLF.
1.How long does it take for buffalo to process after medicals are done?
2.Is it possible to keep this application running for next 3-4 months and applicant
would be out side the USA and once the he gets the residency he can come to Canada
from my native country instead of USA.
