Hi wonder if anybody can give an opinion, We had sent what we thought was completed OH tmp work permit, been offered 2 year permit with big construction company in Calgary, we were advised that i could pay the fee of $150.00 aswel and would be able to work when arrived, the prob is forms returned saying i need to fill in form IMM1295 which is the work permit OH had to do. Exept I am not going to have arranged em[ployment until we get there, I have looked at WIKI at I know says I require an open work permit but dont know if this still just goes on this form, sorry if seems stupid I just want to get it sent and it be right to be processed.

Also if just do clerical work do I need to do cv and prove qualifcations etc.

I am just in the process of form filling as we speak. My OH gets and open WP and he has a form exactly like mine.

My consultant pre-filled all the details and mine has all of the family on it with mine in the first set of boxes.

His has the same but with his details in the first boxes and mine second.

Thank you I have filled out the form with my details in the first box OH and kids in next boxes, to include with the other info of OH permit and my CV just in case, no proof of qualifications athough can get but sure I dont need in this instance, fingers X'd and good luck

yes just received our twp and we filled a form in each where it asked for employer just wrote on open work permit ours came back fine
