spousal sponsorship - questions
Hello,
Bacground sotry:
------------------
My wife does not have her status resolved in Canada, since she is in
immigration process. However, since we are married now, we want to apply for
spousal family sponsorship from outside Canada. We know that application is
supposed to be sent from her native country to me and then I send it to
Mississauga Immigration Office. From there it should go to responsible
Canadian embasy for the native country of birth of my wife, which in our
case for Former Yugoslavia area is Viena Embasy.
We will collect all papers here in Canada, medical, police report, etc,...
Now, my questions are:
------------------------
1. When my wife has to go to her native country? (Is it immediately when we
send the papers or she can go there later. If she can go later, then how
late?) We are asking about this just to minimize our separation during
waiting on processing.
2. Can we send our application papers directly to Viena to speed up the
application ?
Thank you in advance.

Re: spousal sponsorship - questions
Where is your wife now and what is her status. If she is in Canada and is in
a Removal process then you must be very careful as to when she leaves. You
dio not give sufficient info to give a full answer.
You must do process thru Mississauga.
