Default Sponsoring parents

Hi,

I'm a naturalised Canadian citizen. Do I have to be living in Canada
in order to sponsor my parents? Isn't it enough to show an acceptable
amount of income while living in another country besides Canada for
being eligible to sponsor parents?

Thanks,

Yes, you must reside permanently in Canada (and meet income requirements
from Canadian sources) to be eligible to sponsor parents.
