Hello All,
My car is paid off with 35,000 miles and I want to bring it to Canada from
USA.
What documents (title, etc.) do I need to show to the border officials to
substantiate my move as a PR?

Hold your horses. First you must find out if car can be imported at all:

http://www.tc.gc.ca/roadsafety/importusa/en/menu.htm

If you determine that car is admissible to Canada then find how to import it
here:

http://www.riv.ca/

Also note that you must follow US export regulations - among them you must
send notification and original title to US customs at the border crossing
you will be leaving US through at least 72 hours in advance.
