Default Should I notify CPC Mississauga?

I sent an application to sponsor my parents to CPC Miss. in Sept. 2004.
I changed jobs as of Nov. 1 2004.
1. Should I notify CPC about this change, since in the application I included a letter of employment from my then current/now ex employer? (still meeting the $ requirements)
2. If I should notify them, how do I go about it since I still don't have a file number?

Thank you!

You don't have to inform them.
