Hello I have recieved the "Webimmigration.com" reply for this question, I thank them
very much. But I would like to have second opinion on this case from someone else if
you can. Thank you very much for your help.
I am appying for student authorization. And my immigration adviser told me to show
documents like my parents landed immigrant, their rental info, my Israeli army
dissmission letter and write personal letter in addition to the basic requirements
which are university letter, application form and money. Can this have a bad
influence on the student visa decision and why ? Thank you for any help Denis

A suspicious/cynical immigration officer will logically conclude that you have dual
intent, i.e., apply to come as a temporary visitor (to attend school) but with
permanent residency in mind since your parents have P.R. status.
If your parents are going to foot the bill for all your expenses, they will be asked
to show that they have such money. If they are on a limited income, their housing
rent may come into play.
Really who knows what the Canadian Embassy in Tel Aviv considers pertinent
information. Since the military figures prominently in Israeli society, your
discharge, honourable or otherwise, may be of interest to the C.E.
I suggest that you provide what is asked for; have the other above information at
hand in case they are asked for.
