I have applied some 14 months ago and my case is in pipe line. The worrying matter is
that at the time of application I have declared that I have well knowledge in French
as asecond Language, However recently I became aware that my skill in french is far
below than required.

Is my application may be refused because of this?

Is there any option to make the situation better except to increase the French Skill
which really is bit tough?

What happened if I write authorities a letter of excuse? Please guide me. Thanks and
regards to all of you

You ability to speak read and write french is but one factor. It may be critcial to
the success of your application. Without knowing all details of your case I could not
comment on its importance

Bonne Chance
