Reporting Two addresses at one point
Dear Mr. Miller,
I had maintained 2 addresses for a brief period of
about 3-4 months one in New Hampshire
and the other in Masschusetts.
which one should I give in shcedule 1 in section 15?

Had the same thing (3 times during my CV)
What I did is put my main address in sec. 15 and add a supplementary sheet with the second address and an explaination why? (in my case: moved for a new job and got an apptmt. until we found a house to bring over my family)
I guess I would just try to explain the full truth.

Not reporting a secondary address could it be reason for refusal ??

HI
In my opinion you should list all addresses where you lived.
I did the same when filling my application, there was long list, because I moved several times accross my country.

But you used two addresses at the same time right ?
So try to take more important or permanent, not temporary.
