Reco on private health equiv to OHIP while waiting PR

Does anyone have a recommendation on private health-insurance to provide an
equivalent to OHIP while waiting through the PR process? (Status: Australian in
Canada. PR app submitted to Buffalo May 28, 2001. Currently converting from
Employment Auth to visitor's visa - hopefully allowed to remain on visitors
throughout entirety of PR processing period(fingers crossed)).
Looks as though I can be added to my Canadian partner's health benefits through work,
but these are really supplementary benefits.
So far the only 2 that look like they might fit the bill are Liberty Health's
'coverme' and IHIP from Ingle Health. Anyone aware of any other products? I
