quick question - work experience

Hello everyone,
Till when is my professional experience counted, is it the date I file my application
or the date of my last job as mentioned in my application?
Here is an example - first job date 1 to date 2. second job date 2 to date 3.
Application filed on date 4 which is 15 days after date 3.
And if date 3 is 10 days short of 2 years of work experience, what are the chances of
the officer giving me points for 2 years of experience instead of for 1? The catch is
I just lost my job on date 3
Should I be clarifing/simplifying the question?
I would appreciate all help.

An immigration official is obliged to assess only experience gained until the date of
submission of the application. In many cases, they will use their discretion to count
experience gained after submission of the case, however.
The same application of discretion will apply to assessing a second year of
experience in your case. If you can provide evidence that, on average, you work
longer than a standard full time work week during your time there, that may work to
your advantage.
