Applicants to Canada may have both an intention to reside permanently in = Canada and
an intention to visit temporarily. (Dual intent)
The reason has to be valid and the visitor has to be able and intending = to leave
when the purpose of their visit is completed.

Provided she has a visa if she requires one she should have no problems. When asked
she should state truthfully the reason for her visa. From my expereince Immigration
officers will allow entry if they are satisfied thet a case is proceeding. They can
check it out in their system.
