Question about filling forms!

Hi,
I have a question about filling forms. What should I do for the field that is not
applicable to me?
For Example, I am the only sponsor and there is no co-signer. What should I fill to
the field "Co-singer's family (last) name"?
Should I leave it blank or write "Not Applicable" to every fields on form that is not
applicable to me?

Don't leave it blank. Write "not applicable" or its shorter form "N/A"
