Quebec question
Please someone help me on this:
1) I've got a Masters in Mechanical Engineering but most of my
experience during and right after school is in system administration
and programming totaling 1.5 years; would this combination of
profession/job be acceptable for Quebec immigration purposes? or does
the experience has to be (totally) related to the degree?
2) I've got to supply documents that state my French level (along with
the DCS
what are valid documents? are the Quebec requirements as
tough as the Federal ones?
3) how long does it usually take (after I get the CSQ and give to the
consulate) to get the visa?
