Privacy Act
Can anyone help me guide to the right process/agency to request my
information under the FOIP act that CIC might have?
I applied last year and did not qualify because of couple of reasons.
I would like to re-apply, but want to see the information that the CIC
officer included in my file during the interview.
Thanks for all your help.

Re: Privacy Act
You cannot obtain access to your file on your own - Canadian law prohibits
it. You need to hire a representative based in Canada to do it for you. I
strongly suggest hiring experienced immigration practitioner in Canada for
the task - you need to have your file properly interpreted and if you want
to re-apply after refusal then it is rather imperative to use professional
assistance this time. Don't do the same mistake twice.
You may email me directly to find out how I can be of assistance.

Re: Privacy Act
Thanks for your reply. Could you tell me what agency I need to
contact to get that information. I have some friends in Canada, who
can file the request for me and I would really appreciate it, if
someone can guide me to the right agency and their contact
information.
Thanks
Seth
