Priority/first-class mail is acceptable at Buffalo ?

Hi,

I'm going to send the imiigration application from Virginia to Buffalo, NY.
Are Priority or first-class mail acceptable at Buffalo office ? These kinds
of mail require the signature of the person who receive the package .

yes they are acceptable. I sent mine by priority mail.
