Default Secondary ID to pick PR Card

I am in receipt of a letter from CIC office to pick up my PR Card.It also says to bring Secondary ID but I read some where on the forum that

"CIC Toronto is not asking for any secondary photo ID and they are asking for CIC letter,Passport and Landing paper. They have also displayed this in a big board in CIC ,Toronto office"

Is the above statement true.Has someone personelly seen that board.

Anybody with the latest experience.

Thanks.

When I picked my card up in late January they definitely asked for a second photo ID (driver's license or health card). Of course they may have changed since then.

It is completely irrelevant if someone seen any board. You must follow
requirements from the letter received, period.
