Dear Karen and Ted:

Form is not as important as substance.

The best way is to organize your documents as listed on the Document
Checklist.

Yours truly,
Lori Roberts

Just follow the checklist tags and group the documents in order and use a paper clip to attach the tag you have have cut out to that section, then probably just a binder clip to keep the whole package together and off it goes!

Hi,
If it's any help, our application was 2" thick so I put each section in a separate plastic wallet along with any accompanying notes I wanted to add (eg to clarify how I interpreted all those annoying anomalies) and clipped on the section tag.
I put all of the wallets into a box (a lovely gold Belgian Chocolates one - perhaps that's why we got a fast reply!!) and sent it on its way. We had our AOR back within 10 days (Aug 03) , but I guess it's currently taking longer.
Good luck

Forget the binder, use paper clips only.
