Pregnancy and Visa
Dear Mr. Miller or Mr. Humphries:
I am in the process of sponsering my husband to Canada (I am in
Canada he is in his country), and my question is we are 3 1/2 months
pregnant and it doesn't really look like his application will be done
before our baby is born but is there any possible way he can get a
visa to come here just for the birth of the baby and then go back to
his country to finish the wait? I know this is a long shot but we at
least would just like to be together for the birth if possible. Thank
you for your time.

Re: Pregnancy and Visa
Yes, it is always possible to apply for visitor visa. The problem is that it
is not always granted. But you won't know unless you try.
