PR Sponsor Evaluation Form - IMM 5481
Hello! Suprise!!! I have another question! 
Concerning IMM 5481 - I'm finding the wording a bit hard to understand.
I am Canadian and only sponsoring my Scottish husband.
He is my 'current undertaking' listed in question 5A) on page 1.
Now... do I need to fill out anything on page 2? I'm pretty confused by the wording, but the way that I read it, I don't think that I need to fill anything else out.
