I brought my Police report from my home country in January 2008 and since then I haven't visited my home. I am in USA since then (January). Do I need to get a new police report or the same is valid (My guess is I don't need because I haven't been there after I left in Jan., but am not sure...) to apply to CIC in Buffalo?

Next question: I got FBI clearance in March 08, applied to PNP NS (in June 08)submitting the the police report I brought from my home country as well as the one I got from FBI (which had not exceeded 3 months then). Do I need a recent FBI clearance now if I get approved from PNP and while applying to CIC Buffalo? I would appreciate your responses.

Oh boy! Waiting for more than 24 hrs, no one is responding my question. Frustrating! but still hopeful s.o. will advise me.

well from what i understand it is better to get a new one from your home country. Is better than not being sure . Do it. and good luck
