Default Police Clearance Certificate - CIC criteria- PMM,JM,AM please advise.

I am a Indian Citizen currently living in USA.
I would like to understand how to interpret the CIC info. on PCC -
"all countries you resided in since your age 18".

I am planning to get PCC from Indian embassey and USA-FBI card.

I have been to/resided in the following countries after my 18th birthday:

1. UK- for around two months on each trip during 1998 and 1999
2. Zurich,SWISS - Two weeks
3. Canada - four times - first trip - one day; Second/fourth trip- each three days; Thrid trip - one and half day. (visited my friend when I was in US last year).

Do I need to get PCC from these countries as well. Please advise.

Your feedback will be of immense help to me. Thanks very much.

Police certificates are to be provided for the countries where u have lived fr more than 6 months or more! the countries u mentioned dont come under that ambit!
