You will not get any points for wife's language skills and as for the work experience
you may get points only if it is an authorized Canadian work experience.

My wife has 4 years work experience as 'Business Development Executive'. She has 17 years education with Degree in M.B.A
what is the Occupation that she has to look in the GOL (general occupations list) in order to apply correctly ?

I guess she can be the principal applicant and together we get a score of 80 points,i have 8 years experience as system analyst and 16 years of education (Bachelor of Engineering)

pls advise

thanks

It is impossible to give you any reliable advice when you are just feeding us with
pieces of information only. Provide all relevant details of your and your wife's
education, age, work experience and language skills - or contact me directly for free
evaluation. You cannot "combine" both qualifications and/or work experience to get
you to the pass mark. It is only one of you who can be the principal applicant and he
or she gets additional points in the adaptability factor for spouse's education and
for anyone of you Canadian work experience or Canadian education. There is no other
way around.

GOL doesn't exist anymore in the new law.

Assuming that your wife has education and 4 years of full time work experience as you
stated then providing that she is between age of 21 and 44 and has fluent English
skills then she will score the following:

1. Age - 10 points

2. Education - 25 points

3. Language - 16 points

4. Work experience - 25 points

5. Arranged employment - 0 points

6. Adaptability - 4 points for your education

So, the total will be 80 points.
