Photocopied documents
We are in the process of getting all of our documents together for Ontario PNP. We got married in the Dominican Republic 7 years ago and I've been using my married name since then.
The problem is, I cannot for the life of me find the original marriage certificate. I have a photocopy that was held on my HR file at work which has the translation as well.
Will this be sufficient? All our joint bank statements are in my married name and my passport is in my married name as is my driving licence. I would get another copy of it from the Dom. Rep but it takes 6 months to come through (took 10 months for the original).

Re: Photocopied documents
Would you not be sending them photocopies anyway? How would they know that its a photocopy of a photocopy?
(I'm not an expert, just wondering out loud)

Re: Photocopied documents
We got married in St Kitts, did not have our original, so just photocopied our copy, no problems or questions asked.

I had sent photocopy too. They didn't ask anything.
