I couldn't find answers related to my problem on this group. I'd
appreciate if anyone can answer or direct me to the right
knowledgebase online.

Backgrounder:
I've sponsored my parents a few months ago. My application has
successfully passed the initial review. It has been sent to the
appropriate consulate in my parent's home country for further
processing. Their application is still pending.

I have two questions:

Q1) I currently live in Ontario, and I am contemplating moving to
Quebec. Will my residence in Quebec have any effect on my parent's
sponsorship? Will I need to get the Quebec's government's approval?

Q2) I may lose my job and hence become ineligible to sponsor my
parents (i.e. income falls below the minimum income level.) In order
to avoid that, I'm thinking of adding my sister (who's also a Canadian
PR) as a co-signer. Will this help in any way?
