Hello again, lovely bunch.

I hope everyone is holding up well in these bizarre and uncertain times.

I have been navigating the maze of forms online to try and find the Open work permit I need to send with our spousal sponsorship application and I think imm5710 is the correct one..? I'm currently on an IEC visa so when I'm filling out section 3 and when I select Restore my status as a worker it says that if I select this I will need to select either *apply for a work permit with the same employer OR *apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer...which one do I select? I am currently employed and plan on staying with employer for the forseeable future.

Please heeeeelp meeeee. I'm so close to finishing this off I just can't seem to find the right info for the OWP.

If your IEC Work Permit is still valid you don't need to restore status. IMM5710 is the correct form.

So if I don’t need to restore my status as a worker, which would I select from those four options?..
*Apply for a work permit with the same employer
*Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
*Restore my status as a worker
*Get a new temporary resident permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

So confused...
