One of the Children does not have a PR
Hi,
Landed about 2 years ago but had to come back again to the UK. Have had another child in the mean time who does not have Canadian immigration.
Planning to move in May (Wife, 2 boys and myself with PR and the little one who is British).
I know the little one can travel on the British Passport to Canada, but is it better to apply for her immigration here in UK or in Canada?
Thanks

As you are only a PR, you cannot sponsor your child from the UK - only citizens can sponsor from outside Canada.
So you'll need to move and then sponsor her.
HTH.
