Old and New Rules
Other than the pass mark of 67, does it make a difference in processing time if one applied under old or new rules?

Hi Tahaalan
Yes, the applications were under the old rules were held up by a federal court case. So when it was finally settled, they had to be reviewed under the old rules and if they did not qualify, they had to be reviewed under IRPA.
