Default Ok I am stuck again need help with HRDC

I have a Job Offer but I have been online all day trying to figure out how to get a HRDC approval, The person who is offering me the job does not know how to do it either. I am leaving In states someone Pl. help me with this how to go about it. How hard is the process and how long will it take I am just looking at scoring some points in adaptability.

Thanks a Bunch

Your potential employer should simply contact local HRDC office for specific
instructions or hire expert to do represent them before HRDC.

If it is a real company being in business for at least 12 months and having
employees for at least same period of time then they know how to contact
HRDC. If it is just a person, not the eligible company then forget it, it
won't work.

HRDC require that a form is filled out by the employer as part of the process. This examines why they cannot find a Canadian to do the same job and looks at your suitability for the job as well as requiring proof of how and where the company has advertised to try to get a Canadian first.

The form was available in the depths of the HRDC website when I needed it early 02 but I am not sure if it still is. I think it was called something like foreign worker application.

Good luck, it took me nearly 3 months to get the validation, although this was partly because it was for a forces job which was one validation that HRDC had not come across before!

Hi

If you are talking about getting "arranged employment opinion" from HRDC, then you can find information and download the form from the following HRDC site:

http://www.hrdc-drhc.gc.ca/hrib/lmd-...#who_can_apply

if you are talking about standard HRDC job offer confirmation, then you can find the information and forms at:

http://www.hrdc.gc.ca/hrib/lmd-dmt/f...emporary.shtml

Best wishes...
