Anyone heard from Nova Scotia yet who applied around May. They received ours May 14th. Not heard yet but I note they are getting more applications there.

We never heard back from them about our lost application from February either!!!!

Hi Samjr400
How have you posted your applications to Nova have you used a courier such as UPS or Fedex ? The reason I ask is I have used Fedex several times to send doc's etc over to Canada and never had any problems.
Be interested to here who you have used in the past.
Regards
Joinerboy:)

when it was sent in Feb it was Fedex. They received it but after that it is a mystery. The bankers draft was never cashed all we know is it was delivered.

The second one we sent in May was fedex again and they have received it and cashed the draft as we checked !!!

According to the Call Centre, the processing time at CIU Sydney is now about 8-10 weeks.

Hi Canglish
Congratulations & all the best with the next stage :fingerscrossed:# its interesting to see more & more people seem to be receiving emails rather than letters. It also looks like the timelines are slowing a little may be this is because of the number of applications being received.

They have seriously slowed down though !!! Some days we wish we have just gone with our original plans of the TWP as we have nothing to hold us here in the UK we could go tomorrow _ well after handing in our notice at work!!!! Boy am I looking forward to that day.

Hi canlish
Have you paid your Landing fee yet ? ( $490 per Adult ) you don't need to send it with your 120 day supporting documents as they (CHC ) will request this payment when you reach the medical request stage.
I did send my landing fee with my supporting doc's but its down to what consider best .
