Do you have a ref number? Have you checked ecas?

You could try to send them an email. What has your lawyer recommended you do?

Thanks for the advice. We are also unable to get on eCAS system, lawyer can't understand why.... on advice here have tries different spellings, UK, England, Scotland etc to no avail.... alarm bells are ringing!!

We do have an Immigration File Number which we got with our AOR, does anyone know where I would find Syndney, NS e-mail?

Hi we sent ours on the 15th April and recieved it back from Nova Scotia on 30th April No problems but we are working with an agency based in Calgary They seem to be very good . We obviously now have the 120 day letter and all the documents will be sent to London in due course. Hope that helps:thumbup:

we are in our 9th week of waiting to hear from Nova Scotia!!! This is our second application as sadly the first seemed to go in a black hole at NS. I am wondering if they are got really busy all of a sudden as we were expecting a decision back in 4-6 weeks? Seems slow considering we thought it would be 4-6 weeks get the forms to London and then anotgher 6- 12 months.

I really dont know how some of you guys cope who have been waiting much longer than this it's tough

I sent my application off to Sydney on June 16 and every day I'm practically pouncing on the postman now, only to get my hopes dashed.

AAARRGH! Like I've said in other posts, I'm currently in Calgary on BUNAC which runs out on Nov 15 so God only knows what will happen. I'm just about at the stage of giving up though, of saying "oh well, Canada would be nice but I guess it's not going to happen for me"

I feel your pain! i'm into week 9...come home from work every day looking for a letter in the mail!! no luck yet! my visa runs out december 1st...so im getting a little paranoid aswell! ahh well, nothing we can do but wait right?

we are keeping fingers crossed we hear next week - our 10th week!!!! Starting to think they dont like us after our first application dissapeared without trace after being Fedexed!!!!!!! Well we've gotta stay positive its the only way!! :thumbup:

Hey Flyingscottie, we have same timeline!

I'm so disappointed each day when nothing turns up in the post or email but what can you do? Now the 'new system' is meant to be faster, it only seems to make us all more impatient!

how long exactly are we supposed to wait? is there a timeline where its pretty much lost?? im thinking another month then i should start worrying...that'll be 14 week...
