If one migrate to Canada, and then he goes to Quebec after arriving in other
provinces and work in Quebec, will he be required to get a CSQ? If yes, it is easy or
as difficult as the immigration process?

Hi Mr. Cohen,
Is it true that some immigration services (e.g., free languange courses and other
programs)are not given for newcomers without the CSQ ?
Please explain me which other disadvantages could a resident face without the CSQ.
