I think that is Disregard (5).

Can I have some comments about:
* Why do I have to do my Medical exams again ( I did it on April/20/2004)??
* Why did I receive three letters asking for my Venezuelan ID??
* Should I do my Medicals??
* My spuse did her medical using an stadard form that the doctor had in his office (with the note : "please attache to th efile number B-XXX-XXX-XXX"). Should does she her medical again???
* Anybody has done medical using the standard form that the doctor supplies??
* If everything is fine... any estimate for Pasport Request in my case????

Just write to the visa offiice and advise them that you and your wife completed the immigration medical and give them the date it was sent to Ottawa for assessment.

Send your fax to the visa office but first ask the DMP for confirmation of the date the medicals were sent for both you and your wife. Include that in your letter. As to when thereafter you ,ight get your visas - that is difficult to say. There will be a background check on your wife before that can happen. Hopefully it will be quick.

Hi I requested my CAIPS notes.

and I have some question about it.
What the folloging lines means??

1. PH TO INITIATE VCC
2. 1ST/REQ LTR RE RCMP
3. SENT: SEC/UPDATE LTR IMM8 RE
4. SENT:
1ST/REQ LTR RE
VENEZ ID/CRD
ON RCPT VCC TO BE SENT X 2


They gave only 75 points... I know that I need only 67 point to be candidate ...but They didn't put 5 point for be working in canada more than a year. Should I do something about it???

I did my medicals on early May and they does appear in the CAIPS.. What Can I do about it???

PH is probably clerk or officer to initate verification of docs submitted.
1st Request for RCMP fingerprints
Update of IMM8 sent to you
Letter to request Venezula ID Card, when received to be sent for verification.

Medicals can take up to 12 weeks to appear on CAIPS, the DMP sends the to Ottawa, and they are reviewed and then the results are input electronically. You can send a letter about the 5 points if you wish.

Did you translate the Venezuelan ID or you just sent a copy of it without translating it?
