My TimeLine

April/28/2003 -> Applied For PR - Buffalo NY * Send docs & FEES ($550 + $975) ----------------------------------------------------------- 2. July/16/2003 -> Received Acknowledge letter ----------------------------------------------------------- 3. April/16/2004 -> Received letter from Buffalo Asking for: a. Medical Exams b. Finger Prints c. Complete an Incomplete Form d. No interview waived :-) ****[Changed Marital Status] ----------------------------------------------------------- 4. May/06/2004 -> Send Requested Info to Buffalo, Changing marital Status and Sending Sppouse application & FEES ($550 + $975). Medical for me and spouse* * My spouse did her medical using a standard medical form that the doctor had in hi office. ----------------------------------------------------------- 5. June/07/2004 -> Received letter from Buffalo asking for and incomplete form and copy of my Venezuelan ID ----------------------------------------------------------- 6. June/07/2004 -> Send Requested Documents in (5) ----------------------------------------------------------- 7. June/08/2004 -> Received letter from Buffalo asking for copy of my Venezuelan ID with the note: "NOTE: Disregard th edate on th eduplicate of this letter which you were sent" I think that is Disregard (5). ----------------------------------------------------------- 8. June/08/2004 -> Send Requested Documents in (7) ----------------------------------------------------------- 9. June/17/2004 -> Received letter from Buffalo asking for copy of my Venezuelan ID with the note: "LEGIBLE COPY OG VENEZUELA IDENTITY CARD FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR SPOUSE" ----------------------------------------------------------- 10. June/17/2004 -> Send Requested Documents in (9) ----------------------------------------------------------- 11. June/17/2004 -> Received letter from Buffalo asking for Medical Exams for me (Again, I did it before) and my SPOUSE ----------------------------------------------------------- Can I have some comments about: * Why do I have to do my Medical exams again ( I did it on April/20/2004)?? * Why did I receive three letters asking for my Venezuelan ID?? * Should I do my Medicals?? * My spuse did her medical using an stadard form that the doctor had in his office (with the note : "please attache to th efile number B-XXX-XXX-XXX"). Should does she her medical again??? * Anybody has done medical using the standard form that the doctor supplies?? * If everything is fine... any estimate for Pasport Request in my case???? |

Just write to the visa offiice and advise them that you and your wife completed the immigration medical and give them the date it was sent to Ottawa for assessment.

As to when thereafter you ,ight get your visas - that is difficult to say. There will be a background check on your wife before that can happen. Hopefully it will be quick. Thanks 1st Request for RCMP fingerprints Update of IMM8 sent to you Letter to request Venezula ID Card, when received to be sent for verification. Medicals can take up to 12 weeks to appear on CAIPS, the DMP sends the to Ottawa, and they are reviewed and then the results are input electronically. You can send a letter about the 5 points if you wish. PMM |
