Default Mr Miller, question about travelling between US and CA

My existing country requires that I have a specific US Visitor Visa to
travel into the US. When I land and achieve landed PR status, do I still
need to apply for the visitor visa to travel to the US or does PR status
allow me to travel to US as often as I like?

Unless you are a country with a common bond with Canada, then you are
required to have a visa. This implied commonwealth countries. Beware
though that this exemption is likely to go away soon.
