Interview after March 2003
Greetings,
My PR application in the skilled category went to the Buffalo center
in Nov. 2001 (AOR Jan 2002).
I want to know what happens if I don't get an interview decision
(whether waived or not) by March 31st 2003.
Will my case then be adjusted according to the new rules (if so, what
would be the pass mark).
Another question: if I do get a decision before 31st March 2003 that
the interview is not waived, it will then obviously happen after March
2003. Which set of rules and pass mark will apply then?
